The Good
All ingredients were overall very fresh, plentiful, and presented nicely. There was a decent variety of ingredients, with the best one being the pork belly slices.
The pork belly slices in the stew was remarkably fresh, tender and flavourful. This was probably the highlight for me.
The cheese also complemented the stew well which gave it unexpected richness and creaminess.
Service was quick, efficient and friendly.
The Mediocre
The rice was normal. Nothing good, nothing bad, just as expected.
The Bad
Nothing.
The Verdict
Overall a delicious Korean stew at a great price. The stew is undoubtedly the highlight dish of Darac and it’s no surprise most customers ordered it.
Would Penguin Eat Again?
Yes. Will definitely be back for the stew.
