The Good
The schnitzel was of a decent size and thickness. The crumb was crunchy. However, all the goodness of the parma ends here.
The Mediocre
The riosotto was extremely bland. Yes it was vegeterian, but it felt like there weren’t much ingredients in the stock that cooked the risotto. While the rice itself was cooked well, the whole dish was overall too watery and lacks flavour. Also note, the lack of ingredients in the dish…
The Bad
The schnitzel was entrely too dry and chewy. The corners of the schnitzel were near inedible.
The cheap cheese on top and the bland napoli sauce within didn’t really help it either.
The Verdict
Overall quite disappointing. It looked like a promising parma and I was totally excited about it. Too bad they cooked it all wrong.
Would Penguin Eat Again?
