The Good
The tiramisu had a decent flavour and more importantly very interesting texture. There were an abundance of nice crumbly bits within the smooth gelato which proved to be simply delicious, even though I still have no idea what they are.
The nocciola had nice hazelnut flavour throughout without being too overpowering nor too weak. It was equally smooth and creamy as the tiramisu.
The Mediocre
The cone was simply not crunchy enough. While not completely soggy, it most definitely wasn’t a freshly made crunchy waffle cone one would expect.
The Bad
Nothing.
The Verdict
Overall a pretty decent and authentic Italian gelato. Flavours within the ice cream could be slightly bolder though. But in terms of texture, especially the tiramisu, this was definitely a winner.
Would Penguin Eat Again?
Sure! My default is still Pipdapipo though….
