Food

  • Vegetables and Shredded Pork Noodles
  • Shu Mai with Glutinous Rice
  • Spring Onion Pancake

The Good

The noodles were silky smooth and cooked to just the right softness. The broth was light yet aromatic, and complemented the vegetables and meat quite well. Overall this is a very lightly flavoured dish.

The glutinous rice dumplings were simply delicious. The rice was soft and gluey and flavoured perfectly. The skin was extremely thin and fresh. Just another spot on dish.

The Mediocre

The spring onion pancakes were nice, however it felt as though the pancakes haven’t been fried for long enough. As such, it wasn’t as crunchy nor aromatic as it could’ve been. Also portion size was definitely on the small side.

The Bad

Nothing.

The Verdict

Pretty much flawless noodles once again. I’m glad they improved on the ingredients this time round. Overall a delicious and affordable feed that is actually authentic.
