The Good
The buns came after a long wait. And damn was the wait worth it. The outer skin was crispy and fresh, with the bottom of the buns burnt just right. Enclosed inside was a huge ball of juicy and flavourful meat surrounded by its own juices. It was flavoured just right. However it should be noted that the meat itself was a tad coarse.
The noodles were silky smooth and perfectly cooked to the right softness. The meat sauce was aromatic, with good seasoning and plenty of meat. Cucumbers were super fresh. It was pretty simple food done really well.
The Mediocre
Nothing.
The Bad
Nothing.
The Verdict
Once again some pretty flawless dumplings served up by Aunties. The noodles were also pretty spot on, making for a delicious and cheap feed.
