- Cheese and Spinach Borek
The Good
The borek was fresh out of the oven. Still warn in your hands with a crunchy outer crust. Within was a generous amount of ricotta cheese and Spinach, both were flavourful and very aromatic.
The Mediocre
Unfortunately the cheese was a tad on the salty side on this occasion. This would’ve been a very nice, plain and simple borek otherwise.
The Bad
Nothing.
The Verdict
Overall a decent cheap snack that is guaranteed to not disappoint. Service is quick and boreks are always fresh.
Would Penguin Eat Again?
Of course! This is my favourite borek shop, however I think I will stick with spicy lamb next time….
