The Good
The kebab was done in a somewhat unconventional method, which turned out to be surprisingly nice.
The wrap was actually toasted within a sandwich grill once all the ingredients have been rolled in. This provided a slight crunchy outer, which was a nice touch as I have never experienced this in any other kebab.
The ingredients were overall incredibly fresh and applied generously. The shaved lamb was relatively lean, full of flavour and also plentiful.
The garlic sauce really brought the kebab together without overpowering each individual component.
The Mediocre
The wait was super long. Granted, there was a never-ending line of people trying to order the same thing and they did work at breakneck speeds.
The Bad
Nothing.
The Verdict
Overall a cheap and delicious kebab at an extremely competitive price point. Their unique cooking method is definitely a standout and worked incredibly well in their favour.
