The Good
Served in a rather unassuming container, admittedly I was a tad underwhelmed when handed the cup. Happily though, everything looked up from there, as the Nutella Ice Cream within totally negates all the bad things about the presentation.
Exceptionally flavourful, this mouse-y, thick ice cream was enticing and flawless in every way. It is almost akin to eating Nutella straight out of the jar - and yes I've done that before. A beautifully creamy and thick consistency, coupled with bold flavours that wasn't overly rich, meant this ice cream was polished off in no time at all.
The Mediocre
Nothing. Apart from the packaging, though it's simple and utilitarian design did allow you to completely clean out the Nutella within... Which is a win in my books.
The Bad
Nothing.
The Verdict
Coming highly recommended by other food bloggers, I am certain not surprised why this is such a crowd favourite.
Personally, this is THE best Nutella ice cream I've ever had, in amongst countless attempts. For a nice cold Nutella hit, there simply isn't a substitute.
Would Penguin Eat Again?
Absolutely. Next time, Nutella Ice Cream with Nutella burger! Bring it on!
