- Porchetta Panini
The Good
Sandwiched between the thick Panini was a generous amount of slow roasted pork. With a nice blend of fatty bits along with aromatic chunks of protein, the roast pork was soft and exceedingly flavoursome. Totally didn't mind the crunchy bits of outer skin either! Complemented by an abundance of crisp, bitter rocket leaves and the ever flavourful pecorino romano cheese, this sandwich was intricately balanced and was definitely not shy with flavour.
The Mediocre
While the ingredients within were exceptional in every way, the panini was a bit of a let down. Slightly stale and untoasted, this was definitely the weak point of the sandwich.
The Bad
Nothing.
The Verdict
Overall it was a rather enjoyable snack. Packed full of fresh, flavourful and beautifully prepared ingredients, it's clear that Saluministi didn't skimp on quality or quantity.
