The Good
We started off with the Creme de la Cookie. Topped with a whole Oreo cookie, the crunch of the chocolate biscuit perfectly contrasted the smoothness of the soft serve. With even more crumbled bits of Oreo spread throughout the bottom, this simple yet delicious soft serve had a beautiful variation in textures.
The simple Milkyway, free of toppings and other flavours, allows one to truly appreciate the beautifully aromatic and flavoursome Australian dairy that it is made from. With such a thick, creamy texture that was incredibly smooth, these soft serves are definitely some of the best soft serve we have sampled to date.

The Verdict
It’s always welcoming to see that standards are kept consistent across different stores, and the new Milkcow in St Collins is the perfect testament to this.
Would Penguin Eat Again?
Most definitely. With such consistently tasty soft serves on offer and a huge range of toppings to choose from, count me in for more!
