The Good

The noodles were universally silky smooth. Cooked to just the right softness, the noodles gave a slight chew in texture and was well complemented by the flavoursome and full-bodied broth.
Within the soup, we found minced pork that was plentiful and cooked to great tenderness. A good mix of fat and protein that ensured juiciness and no coarseness throughout, with a god pork flavour complementing the broth.
Our spicy bowl of noodles also pleasantly surprised us. Without being overbearing, the chilli had good depth in flavour and the spiciness didn’t mask the taste of the ingredients within the bowl.

The Mediocre

We would’ve liked more vegetables to provide a more balanced meal, though what we received was fresh and had great crunch.

The Bad

Nothing.

The Verdict

While the menu was incredibly simple and the options are limited, the noodles served here were tasty and overall done rather well. By no means was the meal spectacular or amazing, but it was thoroughly satisfying and uncomplicated.
