The Good
Made to order, the egg waffles were exceptionally fresh. Piping hot and fresh out of the mould, the outer was incredibly crispy and exhibited a beautiful golden brown. Chomping down on the waffles reveals a pillowy soft and slightly airy inner. The batter itself was appropriately sweetened to just the right amount, without being overly oily nor buttery. Simple yet delicious.

Hong Kong Egg Waffles are becoming increasingly popular, but they’ve always been a hit and miss. Luckily enough, our experience today at Mister Dorayaki was rather flawless and makes for a perfect specimen of the Traditional Egg Waffles.
