The Good
The Poke Party was rather enjoyable and definitely reminded us of the now-famous Poke Bowls. Topped with a generous helping of fresh salmon sashimi cubes, its freshness was accentuated thanks to the warm and well-spiced bed of soft and fluffy coconut turmeric rice. Alongside sat an assortment of greens, ranging from crunchy edmame beans, fresh leaves of spinach, as well as beautifully sweet, charred capsicum strips, this was a health bowl that wasn’t shy on variety! Our only gripe would’ve been the roasted sesame sauce, which we definitely could’ve done with more of because that was just so tasty!
We also enjoyed the Beef Bomb. Front and centre of the bowl stood the plentiful beef cubes, which were nicely seared though could’ve been a tad juicier. The cauliflower-corn blend was nice and refreshing, with well-balanced sweetness and texture that went well with the spicy caramel ginger sauce. Coupled with plenty of roasted vegetables and fresh leafy greens, this protein-filled bowl certainly did not disappoint.
The Mediocre
Nothing.
The Bad
Nothing.
