- Chicken Parma
The Good
The Chicken Parma came out piping hot and fresh out of the oven. Generously sized, the schnitzel itself was relatively thick and plump, made of unprocessed chicken breast that was juicy though needed more flavour. The panko crumbing would’ve be nice except for the fact that it wasn’t as crunchy as we’d like.
The Mediocre
The toppings were passable though uninspiring. Neither the cheese nor Napoli sauce added much flavour despite their liberal application. The thin slice of ham underneath served its purpose though didn’t offer much in terms of taste.

The Verdict
It as overall a half decent Parma. For the lowly, discounted cost of $12, it was definitely worthy of its price tag and petty good value for money.
However, the headline price tag of $24 does seem a bit rich given the cheap ingredients used on anything but the schnitzel itself.
Would Penguin Eat Again?
For a quick lunch in the city, I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to return when there’s a discount on!
