The Good
The Diamond Baklava was what we came here for and it surely didn’t disappoint. The delicate layers of flakey pastry were thin and crisp. Soaked in a good amount of syrup that offered up a satisfying touch of sweetness that was pleasant without being overpowering, this traditional middle eastern dessert was served up perfectly.
The Almond Cake was also rather enjoyable. The light, crusty biscuit was just buttery enough, with a pleasant almond flavour that permeated throughout. This too was tasty, though paled in comparison to the delicious Baklava.

The Verdict
This was our first taste into the delicious bakery that is Oasis Bakery. Having been on our to-go list for a long while, we are glad to report that our first venture into this authentic Middle-Eastern bakery certainly did not disappoint one bit!
