The Good

We were off to a pleasant start with the Bruschetta. A colourful array of chopped tomatoes that were incredibly sweet and juicy scattered on top two pieces of crunchy, toasted sourdough. Finished with a light olive oil, it was definitely a refreshing yet

We also enjoyed the Insalata Calabrese. The signature combination of fresh yet light and creamy buffalo mozzarella, coupled with juicy and ripe slices of tomato was just divine. The buffalo mozzarella offered a hint of milky sensation, heavenly soft and lightly drizzled with some olive oil made for a delightful entree.

Our mains consisted of the San Daniele Pizza and the Ravioli Wagyu. The San Daniele Pizza was just stunning. Standing front and centre of the pizza was the absolutely irresistible buffalo mozzarella and fresh leaves of rocket. Underneath, the base was thin and crisp, topped with a beautifully aromatic San Marzano tomato base and such tender and delicate slices of San Daniele prosciutto. With Fior di latte scattered throughout and a light yet crunchy crust, this pizza simply had it all!

The Ravioli Wagyu didn’t disappoint either. The delicate parcels were spectacularly presented in a line and topped with fresh Parmesan and black pepper. Within the beautifully made egg pasta wrapped an inner of such flavourful, tender pulled Wagyu beef, the light seasoning and creamy butter sauce allowed you to truly appreciate the quality of the beef itself.

We rounded off our meal with a Cheesecake and Lemon Tart. The Cheesecake was stunning yet unique. On top of an incredibly crumbly, buttery biscuit base, the light, silky smooth cream cheese was beautifully piped on. We found the sweetness controlled, and was beautifully paired with a berry sauce and fresh cuts of strawberries. Simply a delight.

The Lemon Tart was arguably more conventional. The lemon curd was thick and rich, offering up a zesty, refreshing sensation. The pastry of the tart was once again a highlight, soft and buttery and honestly just the perfect companion to the lemon curd.

The Mediocre

Nothing.

The Bad

Nothing.
