The Good

It was a great start to our meal with the Korean Fried Cauliflower bites. With four different flavours to choose from, we opted for the ever indulgent snow cheese topping.
This vegetarian alternative certainly did not disappoint. Offering a nice, crisp crunch that enclosed a soft and fluffy inner that was light and comforting. The bold flavour of the snow cheese added a slight creaminess and umami to these cauliflower bites. Tasty and addictive.

Next, we compared with the Original Fried Chicken. Fried to a perfect golden and coated with a thick, crunchy batter, each chomp down offered an extremely satisfying sound and texture that continued to impress bite after bite. The juicy cuts of chicken protein within were cooked just so, offering a tender experience that was meaty and succulent. Of course, the lightly seasoned batter offered a hint of spicy goodness that rounded out the

The Soy Fried Chicken also impressed. The classic combination of sweet and savoury was perfectly exhibited and generously coated every inch of the fried chicken. Making for a sweet and sticky glaze, the flavours were surely appetizing and made for a nice balance of sweet and savoury.

The Mediocre

Nothing.

The Bad

Nothing.

The Verdict

Well-exeucted Korean Fried Chicken is more difficult to come by than we’d like. Luckily, Buza knows how to do it just right. Offering the perfect crunch, abundantly juicy and succulent, with plenty of toppings and flavours to pair!

Of course, the vego options are no less appetising, and we enjoyed every bite of our meal at Buza.
