The Good
Chips: Honestly the highlight of the spread. They were well-seasoned, hot, and had that perfect crunch you want from a side of potatoes.
The Mediocre
Mixed Giro (Chicken & Lamb): Very ordinary. The meat lacked that signature smoky, charcoal flavour you expect from a high-end Greek grill. It wasn’t “bad,” but it certainly wasn’t memorable.
The Bad
Moussaka: This was a massive disappointment. Not only was it served cold in the middle, but at $35, the price tag felt incredibly steep for the quality and preparation provided.
The Verdict
Itโs sad to see an icon miss the mark this much. While the atmosphere is always there, paying premium prices for cold dishes and uninspired grilled meats makes it hard to recommend for a proper sit-down dinner.
Definitely not worth the queue, and if you find yourself here, maybe just stick to the chips and a basic souvlaki for takeaway.
