  • Nutella Crepe
  • Peanut Butter & Chocolate Crepe

The Good

Nothing.

The Mediocre

These crepes were THE definition of mediocre.

Firstly, the crepe itself was overcooked, resulting in hard, chewy bits throughout.

The toppings, or rather, the fillings weren't particularly generous. Normally in France, Nutella would be applied liberally, coating the whole inner of the crepe. Not here though. Only the centre got some attention.

The peanut butter, or the lack thereof, can only be found sporadically in clumps. It's like going treasure hunting in a crepe.

The Bad

Nothing.

The Verdict

The overcooked crepe, and sparse filling, pretty much guaranteed that these crepes were unimpressive at best. Seriously, even the worst crepe I've sampled in France was better than what they dished up here.

Would Penguin Eat Again?

The mediocrity of the food, coupled with the aptly adopted motto of "Arrogantly French" (namely the attitude of the staff), I really don't see a reason to be back.
