  • Chicken Parma
  • King Salmon Salad
  • Matcha Hotcake

The Good

The Chicken Parma was absolutely gigantic. The schnitzel itself was nicely crumbed and has a crunchy outer. Within, the chicken within was unprocessed, free range breast that was juicy and tender. The great schnitzel was topped with a Napoli sauce that was a tad sweeter than expected and stretchy, melted cheese that was creamy though could’ve had a bit more flavour. The chips accompanying the parma was plentiful and cooked perfectly, crisp and fluffy.

We also enjoyed the King Salmon Salad. The salmon fillet had a nice crisp skin and was rather chunky. However on this instance, it was a tad overcooked and which made for a tougher experience than expected. Fortunately, the variety of greens sitting underneath were fresh and crisp, well held together by a light yet slightly tangy dressing.

Our favourite dish must be the Matcha Hotcake. Stunningly presented, the two-high stack of Hotcakes were exceptionally tall and fluffy. With a bouncy and almost spongy sensation, we found the Hotcakes well balanced in sweetness and well accompanied by the fresh fruits scattered throughout. Combined with a beautiful chia pudding, this was a winning combination for sure.

The Mediocre

Nothing.

The Bad
