The Good

We were treated to a scrumptious start to our meal with the Chilli Scrambled Eggs. Piled high on top of a thick cut sourdough, the mountain of chilli scrambled were just so fluffy and flavourful. Offering a good amount of heat and nicely paired with plenty of crispy bacon and crunchy fried shallots, this was a bold, forward dish that’s bound to tantalise your tastebuds. Be sure to pair it with the crunchy, golden brown potato rosti that was fluffy yet textured for an even more scrumptious experience!

The F45 Field of Greens also impressed. The charred greens, composing of asparagus and broccolini, were so incredibly fresh and crunchy. Lightly seasoned and beautifully paired with sautéed kale and green beans, we found a bed of nutty, earthy dukkah spiced hummus holding it all together and creating a rich, creamy sensation. This was topped with two perfectly poached eggs and of course, slices of chilli to really spice things up. Delicious.

No meal at Penta can be complete without the Nutella Panna Cotta of course! The silky smooth, suitably jiggly panna cotta was irresistibly decadent and rich. The bold vanilla flavour was well paired with the peanut butter coated banana slices, while the honey joy crumbs added bursts of crunchy sweetness. This is bound to cure your sweet tooth for sure!

The Mediocre

Nothing.
