The Good
We were off to a scrumptious start with the Baked Eggs. Served piping hot, the dish was loaded with a generous helping of soft black beans and chickpeas. The hearty and earthy mixture was swimming in a thick, rich tomato base that’s alongside plenty of chorizo and creamy Persian feta. All topped with two still-runny eggs, the flavours were simply incredibly and so appetising. Sitting alongside was a tower of lightly toasted, incredibly light and fluffy bread that served as the perfect sponge to soak up all the juices. Delicious.
We also enjoyed the Chilli Scrambled Eggs. The scrambled eggs were simply perfection. Light, creamy and fluffy, the scrambled eggs were topped with an excitable spice that turned up the heat. The eggs were nicely paired with a sweet and refreshing avocado salsa, as well as the bold and spicy chorizo. All served on crunchy sourdough and tied together with creamy pecorino, this was a simple yet satisfying dish that left us licking our lips.
We rounded off our meal on a high note with the Knafeh French Toast. The beautifully eggy and incredibly fluffy brioche French toast was pillowy and divine. Within was the irresistible semolina custard that added a creamy richness. With the outer edge crumbed with cornflakes providing an exceptional crunch, perfectly juxtaposed by the slowly melting scoop of vanilla ice cream, this was a dessert that simply had it all. Utterly irresistible.

The Verdict
It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to end. We found every dish to exhibit well balanced flavours and textures, perfectly executed to create a memorable experience that keeps you wanting for more. Adding a hint of Middle-Eastern twist to every dish has certainly made things excitable and interesting.
