The Good

The Miso Greens came highly recommended and we quickly understood why. The vibrant green colour came from a huge variety of fresh, crisp greens including edamame, snow peas, broccolini, asparagus and spinach. This was accompanied by plenty of toasted nuts and seeds that added a satisfying crunch, and held together by a light, slightly tangy tamarind dressing that carried a beautiful umami sensation. Alongside sat a beautifully creamy and luscious avocado hummus that further enhanced the freshness of delicious and healthy dish.

We also enjoyed the Tasting Plate. First up, the Cauliflower Fritter was stunning, the sizeable croquette-shaped fritter exhibited a crisp, golden outer that enclosed an inner that was soft and almost gooey that was nicely matched with a sweet pumpkin hummus. Next was the irresistible Sirarcha Maple Glazed Bacon and Smashed Avo. The bacon was absolutely phenomenal, the sweet and spicy glaze did wonders and perfectly accompanied the salty, crisp strip of bacon. Last on the platter was the light and refreshing Mini Smoothie Bowl, topped with plenty of fresh fruits and acai, with a toasted granola providing an exceptional crunch.

Our meal concluded with the Blueberry Waffles. Topped with fairy floss and a generous helping of passionfruit curd, it was a sight to behold. Underneath, we found thick, freshly pressed waffles with a slight crisp outer and a spongy and fruity inner. The balanced sweetness and tartness from the passionfruit curd made this exceptionally appetising, while the hazelnut crumble offered up plenty of texture.

The Mediocre

Nothing.

The Bad

Nothing.
